Reserve Your Booth Today for the 51st Annual SVC TechCon Exhibit

The Annual SVC Technical Conference and Exhibit is always a unique and memorable event. The flexible schedule of events allows exhibitors, their customers, short-course attendees, and TechCon registrants to make the most of their conference experience.

  • This show has sold out for the last 12 years.
  • The SVC TechCon brings new potential customers your way.
  • Special event planning keeps your audience where you want and need them. We have added several new events and features that have been designed to attract even more visitors to the Exhibit Hall!
  • FREE Wireless Internet throughout the Exhibit Hall.
  • Innovators Showcase presentations will be located in the Exhibit Hall during show hours.
  • Reserved floor space in the Exhibit Hall for Live Product Demonstrations on both days.
  • Lunch will be served (for exhibitors and conference participants) in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday.
  • A Network Reception will be held in the Exhibit Hall on Monday, April 21. This popular event provides a great opportunity for all participants to interact with both the users and suppliers.
  • The intense TechCon program schedule has been changed to allow attendees to spend more time in the Exhibit Hall. The Tuesday afternoon sessions will end on a high note with a Beer Blast in the Exhibit Hall!

Getting Down to Business

Upon requests from several exhibiting companies, the following changes have been made to the SVC policies for exhibiting:

  • Maximum number of booths – Companies may purchase more than three booths. Companies may now purchase Island booths consisting of four contiguous booth spaces.
  • Exhibit Height – Exhibits may now be 12 feet high.
  • Bridges – Bridges will be allowed in certain locations where they will not block the views of other exhibitors. Notify SVC if your booth has a Bridge prior to booth assignment. SVC will review each request.

Enhance Your Company’s Visibility at the TechCon!

Recognized as THE premier event by engineers, manufacturers, technologists, scientists, and business professionals working in the vacuum coating industry internationally, the SVC TechCon and Exhibit is a wise investment of your conference and marketing dollars. Opportunities to promote your products and services are abundant.

  • SVC publishes a 50-word paragraph for each exhibiting company in the TechCon Exhibit Guide, which will be mailed to prospective TechCon and Exhibit attendees in March 2008. The exhibitor paragraphs are posted on the SVC Web Site from January 2008 until the fall of 2008.
  • Highlight your company profile on the SVC Web Site with a logo and link to your company’s Site.
  • Participate in the Innovators Showcase. This format allows you to address the technical community and other vendors by making a 10-minute presentation about new products, new equipment, or a new process. Presenters in the Innovators Showcase do not need to pay a TechCon presenter registration fee. Go to www.svc.org and submit your abstract using the On-line Abstract Submission procedure.
  • Place an ad in the TechCon Exhibit Guide.
  • Sponsor the Beer Blast on Tuesday afternoon in the Exhibit Hall.
  • Sponsor the Wireless Internet in the Exhibit Hall.
  • Sponsor the Networking Event at the House of Blues on Monday evening.
